As we work to ensure that our customers have a smooth shopping experience from placing an order to delivery, we need to be cognizant of a few issues and need a lot of support from you as a seller on the platform.
The best form of marketing and brand growth is a happy customer and this can only be achieved if our process is extremely smooth.
Sky.Garden is therefore introducing penalties under the below three scenarios:
- If a merchant self confirms an item that is unavailable during pick up, you will be charged Ksh 250 for the first occurrence and automatic 2-week suspension on repeat.
- If a seller gives the wrong variant/item intentionally, he/she will pay for shipping fee depending on location to cater for replacement/return.
- If a merchant gives poor quality items intentionally, he or she will pay for shipping fee depending on location to cater for replacement/return.
NB: These penalties will be charged to your Sky.Wallet.
