The seller centre and the merchant app provide a merchant the ability to view their the orders and track the different stages it’s at.
To check your order history, click on Orders which is the third item as shown below.
This will open up a dashboard that captures all the orders made by a merchant.
To ensure simplicity and ease of tracking, the seller centre and app provides a filter to track orders by status.
This is broken down to a confirmed order which means it’s available and will be delivered to a customer.
To be returned is an order that has been picked for delivery but because of a fault or customer unavailability, it will be returned.
A returned order has already been picked and delivered back to the merchant.
Pending payment requires a customer to make payment before the product is delivered.
Paid is confirmation that payment has made
Dispatched is an order that has been picked by a rider and is on the way to the customer.
