Once a merchant confirms the availability of a product, we will send a secret code to the merchants code. The secret code is to track the riders activity as they pick and deliver a product to the customer. The merchant will be required to share the code with the rider at the time he has picked up the product which he will input to the rider app.
This process moves the order from confirmed to dispatched and a customer is now aware that the product is on it’s way. To ensure efficiency of our riders and quick delivery of an item to a customer, the riders can be at your store for a maximum of 15 minutes.
When a rider calls and a merchant is not responsive, our internal team will outsource the product and cancel on your end if response is not received within an hour. Several cases of unresponsiveness from the merchant affects your rating score.
