During any campaign, we work to ensure that merchants have met set guidelines that will go a long way in ensuring value for both customers and merchants.
The requirements for a merchant to participate in a campaign, the products have to be eligible for the campaign, the product photos provided should be well edited and have a clear background, the discount should be reasonable to get the customer to purchase.
On the product, the title and description should be well done to help a customer make a purchasing decision. Failure to do this will result in rejection. The merchant should also ensure that any product listed has stock levels of a minimum of 20. This is because any campaign has a lot of customers purchasing and therefore having a product that’s about to run out of stock will be an inconvenience to the customer.
All approvals are shared via email.
In the case of a paid campaign , a receipt is shared via email as well and in case a product is rejected, the money is refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.
