Customers will reject products because of different reasons and when this happens, Sky.Garden works to ensure that the process of getting back the product to the merchant is as seamless as possible. There are two scenarios on product rejection; on delivery and after delivery.
When the product is rejected on delivery, the rider will be supposed to return the product back to the merchant 48 hours in the same condition as it was.
When a project is rejected after it has been delivered and the rider has left, a rider is sent to pick. We will notify the merchant about the rejection and the reason stated by the customer. A merchant is expected to accept the return subject to warranty.
However, Sky.Garden’s return policy is dependent on the product category. We do not allow returns on alcohol, allow a one day window on fashion & beauty products while home essentials have a no return policy.
