Once your account is up and running, the next step is to upload your products that will be featured on the customer marketplace (www.sky.garden) for customers to purchase.
The process of uploading products is designed to be easy and quick.
The process is as below;
- Launch your merchant app or visit sell.sky.garden, click on ‘Products’.
- On the bottom right, click ‘Add Product’
- You will have the opportunity to add up to 5 images of the product. Please ensure that the background is clear, all images are of good quality and that these images do not have any watermarks.
- Input your product name and description that provides more details about the product.
- Pick the category the product is in and its condition e.g. New or Used.
- Under ‘Pricing and Stock’ indicate the cost of the product; how much the customer is supposed to pay.
- In the case of product variants e.g. color, size, you can proceed to add them.
- Proceed to indicate whether the product can be picked by either a rider or a truck. This allows for planning for collection.
- Indicate the availability of a warranty or not and save!
